Privacy Policy

Portofino Shore Excursions handles the personal information you provide through this website for booking and customer-service purposes.

Portofino Shore Excursions is a trading name of Wow A Tour Ltd.

Wow A Tour Ltd is registered in England and Wales under company number 11426960. Registered office: Kintyre House, 70 High Street, Fareham, Hampshire, United Kingdom, PO16 7BB.

We may collect your name, email address, booking preferences, cruise date, ship details, guest numbers and messages you send us.

If you complete a card payment, payment details are collected by our payment provider rather than stored as full card numbers on this website.

We use this information to respond to enquiries, confirm bookings, provide meeting instructions, and communicate about your excursion.

Online payments are intended to be processed by Stripe. Stripe handles card details according to its own security and privacy terms.

We receive payment confirmation details needed to manage your booking, not your full card number.

We use your contact details to send booking-related messages such as confirmations, meeting instructions and responses to your questions.

We use Microsoft Clarity, an analytics service provided by Microsoft Corporation, to understand how visitors use this website (for example, which pages are viewed and where people click, scroll or get stuck) so that we can improve the site and the booking process.

Clarity only runs if you select Accept in our cookie banner. If you select Reject, or make no choice, Clarity is not loaded and sets no cookies.

If you accept, Clarity sets two first-party cookies on this website: _clck, which recognises your browser on return visits (kept for up to 1 year), and _clsk, which links the pages you view during a single visit (kept for up to 1 day). Microsoft may also set its own cookies on the Microsoft domains that Clarity uses.

Sensitive information is masked: the details you type into forms on this website (such as your name, email address or phone number), your booking summary and your booking confirmation are not captured by Clarity.

Clarity never runs on Stripe's payment pages or on our post-payment confirmation page.

We remember your choice in a first-party cookie named pse_analytics_consent for 180 days.

You can change your choice at any time using ‘Cookie settings’ in the website footer. If you withdraw consent, we stop Clarity and delete its cookies from this website.

For more information about how Microsoft uses data, see the Microsoft Privacy Statement: https://privacy.microsoft.com/privacystatement.

We may share booking details with the local excursion provider and service providers who help us deliver the tour, process payments or host the website.

We only share what is needed to provide the service you requested.

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, or to ask us about how it is used.
